We're excited to share how our shipping works and what to expect when you order from us.
How our shipping works
Each of your items is lovingly created just for you when you place your order. We work with trusted printing partners around the world to ensure your products are made with care and shipped from a location closest to you – this helps reduce shipping times and our environmental impact.
Most items (prints, t-shirts, phone cases, tote bags, etc.) are fulfilled by our main manufacturing partner and typically ship within 3-5 business days of your order.
Calendars are handled by a specialised partner to ensure the highest quality, and usually ship within 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Since we print from facilities around the world to get your order to you as quickly and sustainably as possible, shipping costs vary depending on where your specific items are produced and shipped from.
You'll see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase – no surprises at checkout! We also offer free shipping on orders over £50 within the UK.
International orders
For orders outside the UK, please be aware that:
- You may be responsible for customs duties and taxes in your country
- These charges are set by your local customs office, not us
- Your package may be delayed for customs clearance
We'll always mark packages accurately and do our best to minimize any additional costs.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey. If you don't receive tracking information within 7 business days of ordering, please reach out – we're here to help!
Multiple items, multiple shipments
If you order different types of products (like a t-shirt and a calendar), they might arrive in separate packages since they're made by different partners. Don't worry – you'll only pay one shipping fee, and we'll keep you updated if items ship separately.

A note on timing
We craft each item with care, which means it takes a few extra days compared to mass-produced products. We think the quality and environmental benefits are worth the wait – and we hope you do too! If you need something by a specific date, reach out before ordering and we'll let you know if it's possible.
