We want you to love your Kishi & Star pieces as much as we do

At Kishi & Star, every product is created especially for you when you place your order. This print-on-demand approach helps us reduce waste and keep our environmental impact minimal – but it also means we need to be thoughtful about returns.

What we can help with

We absolutely want to make things right if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • We made an error with your order (wrong size, design, or product)
  • The print quality doesn't meet our standards

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to find the best solution – whether that's a replacement, store credit, or refund.

What we can't accept back

Because each piece is made specifically for you, we can't accept returns for:

  • Change of mind about size, colour, or design
  • Items that don't fit as expected (please check our size guides before ordering)
  • Items damaged due to normal wear and use
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

How to request a return

If you think your order qualifies for a return:

  1. Email us at kishiandstar@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and describe the issue
  3. Send photos if the item is damaged or defective
  4. Keep the item until we confirm how to proceed

We'll get back to you within 48 hours with next steps.

Making it right

  • Defective or damaged items: We'll send a replacement at no cost to you
  • Our mistake: We'll send the correct item and provide a return label for the wrong one
  • Print quality issues: We'll review each case individually and work toward a fair solution

A note on sizing

We know sizing can be tricky when shopping online! That's why we include detailed size charts for every product. If you're between sizes or unsure, we're always happy to help you choose before you order – just reach out.
